Lost Item No.: 1073703 - John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, US

Hello, Last Friday (04/07) at 5:20pm I received a call from JFK lost and found number; (718) 751-1514 saying they had my bags and were going to send them to me free of charge. However, before confirming the woman on the phone told me she would need to call me back with my tracking number. It has now been a week since I have heard back, no confirmation and no tracking number. And my bags have not showed up at my house. I have also been calling multiple times a day for a week and I have yet to have someone answer my call. I just really want my bags back. Please give me a call so we can work this out promptly. My bags came in on a Norwegian Flight but the airplane itself was a Wamos aircraft. I have two bags one is a very big all black Dakine bag with wheels and a handle and the other is a navy blue Adidas bag with a piece of duct tape on it with the name Aubry Mason upon it.
