Description:
A grey/silver surfboard bag with 2 surfboards and clothes inside. A gold lock on the outside. My name is on it - Emily Rawlings.
My enroute itinerary: Lima to JFK to Seattle to Hawaii in one trip. It was rechecked in at JFK enroute to Seattle then to Hawaii. It never arrived in Hawaii. I wasn't required to check it in at Seattle as it was supposed to be sent on. JetBlue has informed me that it never got on the plane at JFK. I physically checked it in at JFK. If it never got on the plane at JFK, where did it go?
