The vaccination card was with my luggage claim slip coming from Philippine Airlines flight PR 126 from Manila I could have dropped or fell the card attached to the US passport after I showed it to the US Immigration/US Citizen entry or at the carousel 2 or 3 where I picked up my luggages Terminal 1.
