I am contacting you urgently because yesterday my son Mateo González Ortega, PNR Number WC116D, flew yesterday October 3 on flight Viva Aerobús - 101 from JFK to Mexico City (MEX).
At the time of check in at JFK terminal 1, between counter H and the food court at 12:30 pm, my son lost the American visa card and the American COVID vaccination certificate. These documents were in a transparent plastic sleeve with the logo and details of a travel agency from Puebla, Mexico.
I remain attentive to your instructions on the procedure to follow in order to retrieve the documents.
