Description:
We lost at Alitalia check-in desck of terminal 1 a black iFLY suitcase (like the model in attached images). Maybe it was a misunderstanding with the Alitalia operator in JFK airport. I thought everithing was ok, but when I was in Rome I realized that she didn't give us any recipt. Unfortunately the suitcase didn't arrive in Genova (the final destination).
It has a padlock with this combination (3-1-3). It contain some dresses, shoes, and souvenires of USA. Please help us. Thank you.
