My husband an I flew Carribean airlines flight BW11 4/30 from Montego bay to jfk. We left 2 bose headsets in seat pockets in front of seat 20c and 20b. They wouldn’t let us go back after customs. How can I find them???? I’ve tried calling everywhere. Please help me. Thanks for your help! Malynda
