Description:
Blue and White Bowl with a geometric pattern made from plastic covered wire (reclaimed telephone wire made by crafters in Africa) It is shallow but approximately the size of a large dinner plate in diameter.
may still have a tag that says R900 on it indicating 900 Rand ( purchased in South Africa) $70.00 American dollars
This was the only souvenir purchased on a 16-day trip and we are heartbroken to have misplaced it in our haste and fatigue. We were carrying it so as to not crush it. ( I have attached a picture that represents the kind of bowl it is but it is not the actual bowl. We did not take a picture of it as we did not expect to lose it.)
Appreciate anything you can do to get it back to us.
Location:
We were making a connection from Emirates (EK203) and connecting to Jet Blue bound for Boston. (overnight from Cape Town South Africa via Dubai to JFK) It was left either at the Jet Blue check-in gate or security. went back but didn't see it.
