Description:
Black leather (wristlet) with an arrow on the front. Inside was a homemade duct taped wallet which contained a California ID, a Debit card, and a Kaiser medical card. It’s believed to be lost at the Virgin Airlines TSA checkpoint. The wallet belongs to my daughter.
