Large Black soft side suitcase. Checked into China Eastern Flight MU 298 on Friday 5, 2018 at 10:30 PM. Passenger requested bags back at 6:00am on Saturday 6, 2018 when flight still did not have an assigned gate or an estimated take off time. Bag could not be found in China Eastern storage room. Luggage Tag from China Eastern MU157148 Bag 1 of 2. (The second bag - bag 2 of 2 under tag MU157148 was located and returned to me). Customer service at China Eastern took luggage tag and customers home address and phone number in order to make arrangements to return her bag to her home. They did not offer her a receipt or claim slip of any kind.
