Lost Item No.: 1080322 - John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, US

On a Delta flight from Milan Malpensa airport to JFK on Friday, October 20th - I left my ipad in seat 25A. I opened a case with delta - Lost Item Report Number 1334414. When I lost the item, I reported it immediately at our connecting gate (35B) before our connecting flight to Philadelphia. The gate agent, Monique - had alerted the airline and promised she would call me that evening with an update - which she never did. It is an older generation black Apple iPad in a silver and black, Coach leopard print case. It was Delta flight #419 from Malpensa at 10:25 am arriving into JFK at 4:20 pm It was left in the seat back pocket, and we would have gone to retrieve it, but they said it had to come through Customs since it was an International flight and I had already cleared customs.
