Description:
Good morning Madam, Sir, My name is Julien Hucq. I have traveled yesterday, Frid. Oct. 13rd, from New York JFK Airport to Brussels National Airport (flight SN502, 6:15pm). Yesterday, when I went through the security gate at JFK Terminal 1, at around 4:10pm, I accidentally forgot my laptop in a plastic box on the rolling luggage conveyor. It is a MacBook Air (grey). It has a black case in tissue. My computer still has a large amount of battery: if you open it you can see my first and last name on the welcoming screen. I am wondering if my laptop has been found by your services. That would be wonderful. I am a musician and composer and many new compositions are in my laptop. I would be so happy if I could find my laptop again. If my computer has been found, may I ask you what your policy is to take it back at Terminal 1 as soon as possible? I'm in Belgium right now but a close friend of mine living in New York agrees to come at Terminal 1 at the exact place and time you will consider to be the best for him to take the laptop. Of course, if there are fees to pay to get the laptop back I will pay those fees. I sincerely thank you for your help. Best regards, Julien Hucq
