Lost Item No.: 1076457 - John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, US

Hi, my daughter and I we came to JFK on thursday, 2oth of july with Air Berlin from Frankfurt(AB 6580) via Berlin(AB 7248). Our two bags didn`t arrive until today. We announced this at the lost & found desk and we got the reference number JFKAB18630. More than 25 calls to the phone number we have got at the lost & found of the responsable person(7182440921) have been senseless, no one called back !! We need our bags very urgently because we need the medicaments/pharmaceuticals inside. Today it is monday 24th!!! The bag tags are AB 523626 and AB 523605!!! Please bring the two bags to Chandler Hotel NY, 12 E 31 str., Y 10016 until july 25th!!!
