Lost Item No.: 1075144 - John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, US

Black iPhone7 with white case. It is an old case that is broken near the volume buttons. I lost it on June 1st around 9pm. I was told that it was found, but we were running to our connecting flight and couldn't go get the phone and catch my flight on time. Delta cleaning crew found it, but said they would get it to our connecting flight gate, but it did not make it on time. There was some confusion on what our connecting flight was. They booked us on a British Airways flight to London-Heathrow, but we were switched last minute to Delta flight DL402 to London Heathrow. So we don't know if the phone was sent to the British Airways gate or to the Delta gate, but either way it did not make it on time to us before we left. Now we don't know where it is. Is it in JFK lost and found? In Delta lost and found? In British Airways lost and found?.... no clue, but we are putting in a claim with all of these. So far Delta says they don't have it.
