Black samsonite carryon with black and gold wheels, black eEtihad airways luggage tag with gold initials COT. Was not able to board Air Berlin flight 7249. Was told luggage was taken off the plane and would be sent to baggage claim area 9. Luggage not recovered. Spoke with Omar regarding luggage and said would be contacted as soon as found.
