Description:
My laptop was missing in flight 83 (03/12/2017, JetBlue Terminal 5) from JFK, New York to MCO, Orlando.
The laptop was in a Burgundy Tumi carry-on, but the crew member insisted gate-check it anyway, they also refused to let me take out that laptop, assuring me that "100% it's gonna be there". I arrived at Orlando only to find my laptop missing.
The missing items are a laptop and a laptop case made of leather.
Laptop: Gold color Dell XPS 13, infinite screen, non-touchable FHD screen. Lock page is a smiling couple (but not now).
The laptop is in a laptop case, silver samsonite leather case.
