Description: 
Navy blue light jacket, size large men's, zips up, brand "Weatherproof" (or something starting with "weather"); may have an iPhone plug-in power source with 3 ft cable (white) in a pocket Coat | Jacket. About 9:30 to 10:00 p.m. on Dec 6 I filed this claim with Chargerback, per United instructions, but have heard nothing from them.
Location: 
in United terminals. It fell off my luggage somewhere between Concourse C and Concourse F (I looked in F and it was not there, so somewhere likely between C and start of terminal 2, most probably between B and E
