I arrived in JFK Terminal 4 on Air Serbia JU 500 on June 15th 2018 at 5:15 pm. My suitcase did not arrive. I tried filing a claim with Air Serbia representatives in JFK, but in both Air Serbia desks (arrivals and departures) there were no representatives. I waited for 2 hours and had to leave JFK. I called Air Serbia and they advised that, if my luggage arrived on a later flight, it would be stored in JFK lost and found. Please contact me.
Description of suitcase: large, fabric spinner, olive color, pullout handle. Suitcase brand: Redmond

Small gray zipper pouch that contains a plethora of apple chargers, cables, adapters, etc. The bag was pulled out of my backback during TSA security screening and never returned. I was coming in from Helsinki and laying over in JFK on my way home to San Diego. The bag is exactly the small one pictured in the attached image. |
