We lost 4 bags at Sheraton Times Square since 10/18, it might mixed up with another group (Could be Thai group) which check out on the same day and it could be possible that the luggage went to another bus. We're hoping if anyone could find our luggage may can drop at JFK airport (Lost & Found department) or drop back at Sheraton Times Square hotel.
