I didn't get my Silver Rimowa, large, aluminium with red handles, quite new, delivered. Inside is a Chanel Handbag and some clothes (Nike Shoes and Sportdress). I flew with Swiss LX 2156 on the 22th of May to PMI via ZHR and checked it in, it never arrived at my final destination (PMI). |

Large black suitcase with 4 wheels. One zipper on the front has attached a tiny yellow duck (keychain). We arrived by car around 9 PM at Terminal 1, unpacked the car, and put our luggage onto the sidewalk in front of Terminal 1. We might have forgotten to bring our suitcase into the building. The suitcase contains kid´s clothing (boy and girl, 9 and 7 years old) and chess trophies. |

I have lost my carry-on suitcase (metallic dark blue, hard shell, full of kids toys; looking similar to this: https://shershegoes.com/wp-content/uploads/Best-Carry-On-Luggage-2017-Calpak-Lomita-22-Review.jpg) on December 23rd, 2017 at the Terminal 8, gate 14, before boarding to an America Airline flight from NYC - London (AA100) at around 5:30 pm - 6 pm. The suitcase had no tags.
I would very much appreciate your help with finding and delivery the suitcase. The items in the suitcase have a high emotional value. Please let me know what I should do next.
