Coming from Casablanca Morocco, I arrived JFK at 1;30 AM on August 28th taking Roral Morroco Air. My wife and I checked in our four bags in Tunis–Carthage International Airport on the 27th of August. Our bags supposed to go directly to NFK as our flight from Tunisia to Casablanca was with Royal Morocco Air as well, and our transit in Morocco Casablanca lasted only for 2 hours. Unfortunately, the meaningful bag for us of the four bags was missed in JFK. I was held for so long in the immigration office for administrative procedures, and when I was released, I did not find the fourth bag. It contains my wife's stuff that cost us last month what equals $5000. |

I lost a black leather bag with gold hebrew writing and a gold and silver design on wednesday 12 sep at about 4pm at terminal 4 near delta check in.
It contains important and expensive religious items called tallit and tefillin- phylacteries.
It says my name Dovid Leib Shmerling on them in hebrew. |

I had a connecting flight from Aruba to JFK (28th October at 19:15). We were brought to the wrong terminal by the internal bus to collect our luggage and had ended up in terminal 2. In the chaos of collecting our luggage and racing to make our connecting flight my rucksack (with wallet, money, iphone, sunglasses, trainers and a change of clothes) went missing. Our connecting flight to LGW was fast approaching and I was advised by security that I had report it in person to terminal 2 were it last was. I reported it in person and a very helpful chap did all he could to assist, but it hadn't been handed in and he advised that I cancelled my cards and called back and checked daily. I did come back twice as he was going to check with a colleague but no joy. I wasn't given a report or any paperwork and now my insurance company are asking for it. I really am having a very difficult time with this never ending saga, can I please ask that you forwarded this on to me urgently. I truly appreciate your help! |
