Hi, we left an ipad and a ladies cream jacket on flight number vs009 travelling from heathrow to jfk last night. Our seats were 52h and 52k. Jacket was left in overhead locker and ipad under the seat or in seat pocket. we landed at 8pm local time in NYC. I tried to call the customer service last night but could not get through. we are returning from jfk to heathrow next monday eve 26th. We hope we can pick up our goods before then. thanks in advance, Anita |
