Air Berlin lost 5 of our bags on a flight to JFK from Mallorca via Berlin on Saturday July 29 (HG7723 & AB7248).
We filed a PIR report but we don't have the PIR number. Description as follows: 1 xlarge silver/blue suitcase, 1 large silver suitcase, 1 stroller, 1 car seat in a big black bag, 1 brown suit bag. Tag numbers as follows: AB 948617, AB 948573, AB 948549, AB 948494, AB 948440. All bags have a luggage tag with our name/address Family Hueskes, except the stroller which is gray with a silver frame. Please help! Can we find our PIR number? Our booking reference is RM7M9C, under Hueskes, David. Air Berlin is not at all helpful! |
