On September 24th I boarded Delta flight #5322 from lexington, KY. my carry on was taken from me on the bridge by a Delta employee and returned to me at baggage claim. During that time, a pouch with a diamond ring, 3 pairs of earrings and two diamond bracelets went missing from carry on. My insurance company has asked me to inquire with JFK lost and found to see if someone has turned the pouch or any of the pieces of jewelry into you.
Can you please confirm receipt of this inquiry and if you have located any of my jewelry.
