I'm Francesca Caroli and I went through the security checks in date 06/21/2021 around 5 pm (before taking the 5.30 pm flight from NY to Madrid and then Bologna with Americans Airlines)
I am writing because my 2 devices remained in a controlling basket. In particular, an ASUS laptop, bright grey, and an old model DELL computer (whose black battery had been removed from its body by an agent), which is mainly black.
It's impossible for me to come and pick them up in person, having landed in Italy yesterday. That is why I wanted to ask about the possibility to have them sent to the following address:
