I put both tagged and untagged bags on the belt. Then, I asked her where is my untagged bag. She replied, "Its gone." Go to the upstairs and asked the airline people. Then, I met Qatar airways staff to help me to find my briefcase, He told me to wait for another guy who can help me to get my briefcase but nobody showed up for one hour.
