1075813 07/05/17 Suitcase I arrived to JFK on AB7480 last Tuesday 4th of July at 1am aprox. but my baggage didn't came out. I did not filled any missing baggage report because the Air Berlin staff person won't let me fill it and there was no open Lost & Found desk open at that time. The airline told me I must contact with the airport first to get a lost item report. This is a Dark red Samsonite Versa Lite 360 27" tagged with an AIRBERLIN band flying from Stockholm(ARN)-Berlin(TXL)-Dusseldorf(DUS)-New York (JFK). 1075807 07/05/17 Other To whom it may concern, We flew last Friday (30.6) on AB7451. Upon arrival our car seat was missing. We filed a complaint with the baggage service at DUS but no one has contacted us via email or phone since. Every time I try the number it is either busy or no one picks up. The reference is DUSAB76328 Please understand that without our car seat, we cannot travel, and it has now been 5 days without hearing anything from Air Berlin.
