1078086 09/04/17 Bag Our son, Aaron Weintraub, was on Jet Blue flight 1094 from Austin on Thursday (08/31) landing at JFK at 9:15 to connect with El Al flight 008 to Tel Aviv at 11:15 PM. Unfortunately the Jet Blue flight landed 2 hours late (10:54pm) at JFK and there was no way to make the connection. Aaron was then placed on Turkish Airlines 0004 leaving Friday (9/1) at 11:35 AM to connect with TK 0784 arriving in Tel Aviv. Unfortunately, in this shuffle of airlines his baggage was lost. Aaron has filled out the required online form and the Turkish Airline ticket for tracking this is 2017079913. The baggage tracking numbers are 0279033427, 0279033428, 0279033429. Each of the airlines say that these three bags are not in their systems. JetBlue was the last carrier to have the baggage, and they told Aaron that the bags were in a "staging area" but he could never find out more than that. We're wondering if the bags are still at JFK. The two suitcases are Eagle Creek brand, large, and orange/brown colored. His backpack is a green Jansport; it is a large backpack with a frame. While we don't have photos of these exact items, we downloaded a photo of a smaller Eagle Creek suitcase that is a match and a similar backpack. 08/31/2017 Austin. Texas
