Dear JFK Staff,
I kindly ask for your help.
The passenger was traveling DC (IAD )-New York (JFK )- Kiev (KBP). There was a delay of the plane from DC and JetBlue can trace the suitcase to JFK. After arriving at JFK, it is lost. Both JetBlue and International Ukrainian Airlines failed to assist for 4 days. See the details below, please:

I lost a Swiss ID for foreigners. It is a white little booklet, with the words "Ausländerausweis" "libro pour estrangers" and "libretto per strangeri" and the capital B on the front. Inside are ID information and Picture. My name is Merten Ehmig, Birgthdate 26.03.1990.
