After passing the security check, I put the tablet in a bench to organize the things that me and my wife took out for the security check. The bench is next to the security check, it is really close to the area where inspection is done to the people. I left the tablet by mistake in the bench and start walk to the gate. This happens at 4:20 pm approximately.
It was an Android Tablet, XGODY T1004, 10.1" Black with 360 rotating leather stand case cover black.
My flight was the DL 451, Terminal 2, Gate C64 that departs from New York JFK at 6:11 pm and arriving in San Juan SJU at 9:48 pm. When we arrived home I realized that forgot the tablet, and I am sure that it was at the bench. |

I lost a black wallet about 20cm long and 6-7 cm wide. I think I lost it in the custom when I get out of the passport, and then I put it on the counter. There are two credit card in the wallet. One of it is from China construction bank and another is from chase bank. There is also three thousand dollars in it and there are two small bags of photos for myself |

n Aug.29, 2018, I, Oksana Kostiuchenko, along with my daughter, Kateryna Vasylieva, were on the following route :
Dniepropetrovsk – Kiev (PS072)
Kiev –Toronto (PS 241). Upon arrival in Toronto, there were our missing two suitcases checked in as luggage in Dniepropetrovsk.
We were re-routed to the flight PS 241 from the flight PS 231 at the Kiev due to the delayed flight PS 231. We went straight from Kiev to Toronto. I didn’t take flights PS231 and AC701. Our original boarding pass was : PS072-PS231-AC701
Our baggage tags are: PS488514 and PS488502. Our booking # is 48965999. Property Irregularity Report # is YYZPS10028 |
