Dear JFK staff,
I traveled from JFK to Abu Dhabi on September 19 by EY2, and my final destination was CCU from Abi Dhabi by EY 256. I dropped my luggage at the counter, but I think it went onto the conveyor belt without a tag. It was a red cherry-colored suitcase (hard material) with my name stuck on the outside. It was partially my mistake as I should have asked the lady at the counter that I was unable to print out the luggage tag by myself but she also did not check if there was a tag on the suitcase. As a consequence, I did not receive my suitcase at CCU, and the staff told me that they did not have any information regarding the suitcase in their system. So, I am guessing my suitcase is still there at JFK. Would you please look into it?

Black carry-on luggage containing kids sneakers and clothing. Including: Black & red size 7 Air Jordan, Beige slippers, Puerto Rico flag towel, (2) swimming trunks, Grey, white & black Adidas t-shirt and more t-shirts, short & sweatpants. This was taken by accident I believe as another similar carry-on luggage was left behind with Edwin who was helping us. The luggage was located in the left side of section 21 of flight # 3545 on Frontier airlines going from San Juan, PR to JFK.
