Lost Item No.: 1088894 - John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, US

I arrived in JFK Terminal 4 on Air Serbia JU 500 on June 15th 2018 at 5:15 pm. My suitcase did not arrive. I tried filing a claim with Air Serbia representatives in JFK, but in both Air Serbia desks (arrivals and departures) there were no representatives. I waited for 2 hours and had to leave JFK. I called Air Serbia and they advised that, if my luggage arrived on a later flight, it would be stored in JFK lost and found. Please contact me.
