On 28th December we flew from JFK Kennedy, New York to Sheremetewo (SVO), Moscow Flight Number SU 103 and from SVO to Saint-Petersburg (LED) SU 20, with Aeroflot. On arrival I have been informed that bag still did not arrive even to Moscow. Luggage Number 5555SU112758 In Saint-Petersburg, at the airport I have got a reference number about the lost item: LEDSU69244. I have called company Aeroflot many times in Moscow regarding my lost item but even today they know nothing about the bag, they say, they have contacted JFK Kennedy Airport in New York but there is no answer yet. Now with this contact I am asking you to inform me about the my lost item. The bag has been lost in New York airport and even after a month no sign of help. Let me know as soon as possible! Regards
