Greetings! My son left his backpack by the carousel 7 in the Terminal 4 baggage claim area. This happened on Aug. 29 at around 12pm when he landed with AirSerbia JU500 flight. The backpack is black colored with Super Mario character. It contains his Nintendo Switch video game console and a sweatshirt.
There is a slight chance that the backpack may have been also left somewhere on his way out from the baggage area to the waiting area outside. He stopped by the restroom by the Dunkin Donuts before leaving the Terminal 4. |

I left a small-medium white canvas makeup bag in the women's bathroom closest to Gate 4 at Terminal 5 (JetBlue). I was on a 7pm flight to Nantucket, so the bag was lost prior to that. It is completely white in color with the exception of a small CHANEL logo. It is filled with makeup as well as a ziploc bag containing sunscreen and toiletries. |
