It is my work computer and is THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF EQUIPTMENT in my office. I have already filed a claim with Delta Airlines, but have heard nothing from them. After speaking with them today, they informed me your department is in charge of left items on planes. |

Lost at the oversized baggage check where we turned our dog over to the ground crew for handling. We leaned our luggage against the railing at the window and the bag fell off. We didn't realize it until on our flight. |
