On the 20th Feb 2022 my mum Orpha Nyanchama Abobo was traveling from Charlotte to NY, JFK Airport.her Point of origin was DFW Airpor. This was her connection flight.She waited for her bag at the baggage area but could not find it. She had to leave so as not to miss a flight to Kenya which was her final destination. She had boarded American Airlines flight 0493 from Charlotte to JFK. Bag tag no is 6001298250. I checked online on the AA site and it shows it arrived |

While removing the shoulder strips cover (open the zip seenable in the picture), a label is left in the cover inner part, with my phone number and a temporary address no longer valid.
The backpack is missing after being checked in for a flight to norway (Bag tag number DY654120). Reported to norvegian air as "missing checked bag/bag not on the belt" with file number OSLDY59411.
